Resource Usage Guidelines

The Resource Library of the HBMC is intended to be used by pastors in its region. Shipping is the only cost associated with using the materials and that can be avoided if you can arrange to have them picked up. NOTE: In order for all churches to have access to resources, you should return materials promptly after the pre-determined loan period has ended. Failure to return materials promptly may incur a "late return" fee. If materials are not returned or lost, the borrower assumes liability and will be charged for replacement of the materials.
Ministers are welcome and encouraged to come to the Center to see what is available and preview the various resources.
When planning to use a resource, check with the director for availability before committing it to your church calendar. Plan well enough in advance to allow for preparation time. For instances, an 8-week study course cannot be checked out by a single pastor/church for four months.
