BIOGRAPHIES
David Sandifer, HBMC Director, is a retired US Army chaplain with over
twenty-nine years of military service and four decades
in ministry. He currently serves as
Chaplaincy Consultant for the Kentucky Baptist
Convention's Mission Growth Team and is president and
founder of PART-icipation Ministries, Inc.
David is a prolific
teacher and trainer of pastors and chaplains holding
certifications in numerous topics including leadership
and suicide awareness/prevention. He had held
numerous bivocational pastorates during his ministry.
He holds a BA degree in
Religious Education from Carson Newman College as well
as M.R.E. in Family Counseling and M.Div in Pastoral
Ministries degrees from the New Orleans Baptist
Theological Seminary. Additionally, David holds an
EdS in Curriculum Design and Classroom Instruction from
Middle Tennessee State.
David is also a member of
the American Association of Christian Counselors.
Fred Miller, HBMC
Webmaster, is the Assistant Director of Student Records
at Campbellsville University where has worked for 11
years and is the current bivocational pastor of the
Mount Gilboa Baptist Church.
Fred is a certified
instructor for Evangelism Explosion III International.
He has held membership in the Central Kentucky Christian
Educators Association where he has led seminars in
biblical fasting.
He holds a BA degree in
Church Recreation and M.Th. degree both from
Campbellsville University.
